Experience the refined balance of Noble Harmony (貴和), a vibrant, first-harvest matcha crafted for true matcha enthusiasts. Cultivated in Uji, Japan, from the Yabukita cultivar, this exceptional matcha is stone-ground from carefully selected spring tea leaves, resulting in a luminous green colour and a naturally rich, refreshing umami.

Exceptionally versatile, Noble Harmony performs beautifully as both koicha (thick matcha) and usucha (thin matcha) – bold yet smooth, with remarkable depth and clarity. On the palate, it opens with a high, satisfying umami, followed by elegant notes of nori and roasted chestnut, finishing with a soft floral sweetness that lingers.

Refined yet expressive, Noble Harmony is ideal for traditional tea ceremonies or for those seeking a luxurious daily matcha with character and harmony in every sip.
