Return Policy

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following criteria for items eligible for return upon delivery.

1. All goods sold are non-refundable except for (i) (i) Failed Delivery, (ii) Wrong Delivery and (iii) Damaged goods during delivery.

2. Only items that have been purchased directly from www.CenturionSky.com can be eligible for a return.

3. Any product purchased through other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must follow the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.

4. Goods are eligible for a return if the following apply:

WRONG ORDER

  • An item different from what was ordered was received

  • Incorrect size delivered

  • Missing items or components within the packaging

DAMAGED

The item is found to be damaged upon receipt or shows evidence of tampering, refurbishment, or modification. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt, as evidenced by a valid courier or postal receipt.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required, including the order number and full name.

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging, including any free gifts received. All packaging must be clean, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.

  • Items must be returned in the original box or appropriate protective packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

  • Order changes or cancellations are not permitted once payment has been confirmed. Cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

  • Centurion Sky reserves the right to reject any return, cancellation, or refund request deemed unreasonable or non-compliant with this policy.


Once we receive and carefully inspect your returned items at our return centre, your full refund will be promptly processed, provided the return meets our policy requirements. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
