Delivery Information

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a second email will be sent with your tracking details.

All delivery timeframes begin the day after your order is placed, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that gift card purchases do not count toward qualifying for free shipping.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to military addresses within EU countries.

If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
