MATCHA PREPARATION
Manual Hand Whisking (Traditional Technique)
Add up to 10ml of water per gram
1-2g for thin tea
4-5g for thick tea.
Step 1
Sift your matcha thoroughly through the strainer. This ensures there's no clump
Step 2
Add 10ml hot (80C) or cold water per gram.
Step 3
Whisk with a little water until thick, then add water gradually until foamy and creamy.
Step 4
Your matcha is ready to enjoy—hot or cold.
Portable Electric Frothing (On-the-Go Method)
Step 1
Sift your matcha thoroughly through the strainer. This ensures there's no clump.
Step 2
Add 10ml hot (80C) or cold water per gram.
Step 3
Use the electric frother to gently swirl the powder. Continue frothing for about 20 seconds, until creamy and foamy.
Step 4
Your matcha is ready to enjoy—hot or cold.
High-Volume Blending (Bulk Method)
Step 1
Add the desired amount of water into your blender.
Step 2
Measure your desired amount. Sift your matcha over the blender.
Step 3
Once fully blended, ensure the consistency is creamy and foamy.
Step 4
Start batching your matcha in an airtight container and store it in the fridge.
Step 5
Store it in a fridge for a maximum of 2-3 days.
